About this project
Set within a newer Long Bay neighbourhood, this freestanding house balances a crisp, contemporary form with warm, durable materials. Living spaces are oriented to the sun and sheltered outdoor areas, while upper-level bedrooms capture the wider outlook.
Our team delivered the architectural design and consent documentation, working alongside structural and civil engineers to keep the project efficient and buildable.
