Our story
One team, across the whole project
KPC Architectural is an Auckland-based studio working across the full development cycle. We call it One Stop Shopping: from pre-land-purchase feasibility and site analysis, through resource and building consents, to civil and structural engineering, construction and project management.
We specialise in medium-density residential — standalone houses, townhouses and apartments — alongside commercial and industrial work. Whether it is a single home or a multi-unit community, our focus is the same: thoughtful, buildable design that adds lasting value.
