About this project
A new standalone home on a generous Browns Bay section, designed around outlook, privacy and all-day sun. The brief called for generous open-plan living that opens to the outdoors, with quiet, well-zoned bedroom wings.
KPC took the project from site analysis and concept through resource and building consent, coordinating the structural and civil work and supporting the build to completion.
